Stage of Private brand development:
At this stage, PINLIVE began to create its own brand in the main categories of the original agent. With the help of the supply chain and sales capacity advantages accumulated in the past, the private brand developed rapidly. In the meantime, PINLIVE gradually stopped selling the agent brands.
Weidendorf brand was founded in 2012; Würenbacher was funded in 2013.

In order to developing more competitive products and optimizing the supply chain, PINLIVE started investing in the upstream supply chain from the asset light model.
